We’re excited to announce that we’ve received funding from a longtime friend and supporter of the studio to work on a brand new animated short film.  

Set on the wintry borderlands between America and Canada, the film is in some ways nothing new, as it’s simply about love and loss. But, to paraphrase the late, great film critic Roger Ebert, it’s how it’s about love and loss that makes it unique. 

We’ll be sharing production updates throughout the coming year. In the meantime, enjoy concept art created by Quebec, Canada-based artist Andi Gunn, who also happens to be my mom.
