With extensive experience in marketing and business development, Jody Snider is a dynamic producer of award winning creative and strategic projects.

In her different roles, she has been a recipient of a George Foster Peabody Award and several Emmy awards. She created a production company for young people that produced award winning interactive live programming for TV and radio that were featured on Today, The Tonight Show and in the New York Times.

Before coming to Planet Nutshell, Jody managed and developed new business for a nationally-known animation company, Soup2Nuts, owned by Scholastic Publishing Company.

Josh Gunn founded Planet Nutshell to help people understand a complicated world and inspire them to take action.

He consults personally with each client to deeply understand their communication challenges and to uncover the elusive magic that makes a story great.

Josh holds a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from the University of Washington and a BA from Colorado College. In his spare time he writes for major publications including The Atlantic and Vox.com.

Born in Santa Monica, CA and raised in Massachusetts, Jane Winters has a love for all things nature, and often creates work inspired by her surroundings. 

Before joining Planet Nutshell, Jane worked as a freelance artist on a variety of projects designing and animating for music videos, animated ads, children’s media, concept art for games, and educational content. 

She holds a BFA in Animation from the Massachusetts College of Art and Design.

Sam Berliner is a Boston-based filmmaker and animator best known for his engaging and accessible films about gender nonconformity. His award-winning short films, Dating Sucks: A Genderqueer Misadventure, Genderbusters, Perception and Float have screened at over 300 film festivals around the world.

Sam directed Translations: the Seattle Transgender Film Festival from 2013-2019 and is currently a programmer for Frameline: the San Francisco International LGBTQ+ Film Festival.

Sam holds a Master of Fine Arts in Cinema from San Francisco State University and a BA from Smith College. For all things Sam, check out www.donutfilms.org.

Songyi Park holds her Master of Arts in Motion Media Design from Savannah College of Art and Design. 

A native of South Korea, Songyi received her BFA in Motion Arts Design from Namseoul University in Cheonan. Her team project, “Bestival Show Opening” received the Adobe Design Achievement Award in 2019 for Top Talent in Motion Graphics and Animation.

Songyi is an amazing cook of Korean cuisine, as well as a coffee connoisseur.

Jen Sanchez heads up our animation and design team, with a rich and accomplished background in digital storytelling, storyboarding, design, character animation, and motion graphics.

She holds a BFA in Animation and Storyboarding from the Savannah College of Art & Design, from which she graduated magna cum laude. Her short film, "Papi's Bakery" has screened at animation festivals across the country.
